Sandy first started practicing yoga looking to gain strength and flexibility. Working as a professional Doula, child birth, and labor assistant she needed to have a physical practice as well as a calming demeanor to offer her clients. Yoga helped Sandy achieve strength, stability and a way to feel grounded during those long hours of labor. She began to practice yoga on a regular basis and gained an overall sense of well being. Sandy decided to take the path of the teacher training program at TheYogaScape, as a student of Amy Pearce-Hayden and graduated in 2011. Sandy joined TheYogaScape as faculty in the summer of 2012.
